NPS survey (0–10 score)
A corner card with a 0–10 score and one follow-up question. The NPS is computed on the widget page; comments land in Leads.
Net Promoter Score is one question: how likely is someone to recommend you to a friend, on a 0–10 scale. The survey slides into a corner after a few seconds and asks for the reason once a score is picked. The score counts even when the visitor closes the card without a comment. The widget page shows the NPS of the last 90 days (percent promoters minus percent detractors), the average and the split, and every comment is in Leads. An optional e-mail field lets you reply to someone who gave a low score.
