Announcement strip (top of page)
A thin strip above the page content with one to three messages rotating every 5 seconds. It does not stick to the screen — it scrolls away with the page.
The announcement strip is the quietest widget in the catalog: it sits above the site header, says one thing, and leaves the screen as soon as the visitor scrolls. That is what sets it apart from the sticky bar, which stays on screen and carries a CTA button. Enter up to three messages (the heading plus two body lines) and the strip rotates them every 5 seconds; hovering pauses the rotation. An optional link after the text points to the promo terms or a collection page.
