Common questions.

Is there a free trial?
The Free tier is forever-free with no credit card. Paid plans can be cancelled anytime — you keep access until the end of the paid period and simply are not charged again.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately, with the difference prorated. Downgrades take effect from the next billing period — you keep your current plan until then.
What counts as an impression?
A widget rendered to a visitor. The same widget for the same visitor counts at most once every 30 minutes, so page refreshes do not inflate the count. Free is meant to run out. Paid plans are sized so a normal site does not hit the cap.
What happens when I exceed my impression cap?
Widgets stop rendering until the billing period resets or you move to a higher tier — whichever comes first. You get an e-mail, and usage is always visible in the dashboard. We never charge surprise overages.
Do you support BLIK / Przelewy24?
Not yet. Payments run through Paddle: cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, in EUR or USD. BLIK and Przelewy24 are on the roadmap.
Polish VAT invoice with NIP?
Yes. Provide NIP at checkout; a VAT-correct invoice is issued automatically. EU VAT handled for non-PL EU customers.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 10 months, get 12. Effective monthly rate is roughly 17% lower. Billed once at signup.
When do I need Enterprise?
When the purchase goes through procurement, you need a data processing agreement, or you need limits and terms beyond Agency. Otherwise Agency is enough.
What does the AI generator cost?
The draft preview is free for everyone, even without an account. Saving a draft to the dashboard costs 50 credits. Growth includes 1,000 credits a month, Agency 2,000, on yearly billing too. Monthly credits last until the next monthly grant. On any plan you can buy more credits as an add-on, and bought credits never expire.
